WELCOME TO LAUTECH

By:Oparinde Gideon A (Mr.Opa)

Welcome to Lautech;where strike is part of academic calendar.

Welcome to Lautech;where constituted authorities can do and undo.

Welcome to Lautech;where management won't address students on critical issues.

Welcome to Lautech;where a semester takes up to two years to complete.

Welcome to Lautech;where the statement "till further notice" means in nine months time.

Welcome to Lautech;where the chancellor of is not bothered about the school affairs.

Welcome to Lautech;where students can’t tell when they will graduate.

Welcome to Lautech;where it takes forever to complete an academic session.

Welcome to Lautech;where management and staff never reach compromise.

Welcome to Lautech;where the word "soon" can be likened to second coming of JESUS.

Yours in struggle,

Mr.Opa.

When I woke up, I had to put on a tie that suit my color. While trying to put on the tie, I was directed with a match combination" Today is a beautiful day. I plead with Mr president to make today a big one because I want the council to be here. This is indeed a record, not only for LAUTECH but others to emulate.  Speaking further, "Everyone present here today are alumni of this university. But for some one to make a promise and fulfill it within a month is laudable. As such, he deserve a commendation and applaud"  Whether you are a Muslim ...
